Meat pies are synonymous with Australian culture. The meat pie to Australia is the same as the hot dog to America. Jackson is the 3rd generation of Garlick family members working in the business. Garlo's Pies is a family business, started in 2001 by brothers Sean and Nathan, and their father Terry. Now, 9 family members work in the business that has 100 employees.
