Paracombe is pioneering this exciting and emerging variety in Australia. Planted on the cooler, steeper, southern aspect of the estate vineyard with rows planted north to south orientation at 900 vines per acre density. These slopes are well drained and comprise ancient iron stone, quartz and clay soils. This is important because terroir grants influence in wine style with the cool climate combined with our ironstone and quartz soils. Fermented in stainless steel to showcase pristine, pure aromas and flavours. | ||
