| Tasting note | This super premium Shiraz opens with a vibrant purple colour, expressing an abundance of blue fruits, violets and cinnamon spice aromas that fill the glass. The juicy supple tannins encase a palate rich with powerful plum, blueberry and liquorice complexities. The wine has a very long and ever evolving finish from the 12 months maturation in French oak Barriques and will age beautifully from time in the cellar. Bottled under VINC+ corks which are TCA free with a low Oxidation rate. This super premium Shiraz is presented as an example of one of our most crafted and prized wines. A wine to be truly savoured and rewarded with cellaring for up to 10 years. |
