Giorgio Linguanti is a cheese maker and the founder of That’s Amore Cheese. Having introduced a number of iconic Italian cheeses into the Australian market, his company has grown rapidly over the years and today That’s Amore Cheese makes over 60 different types of cheese, has a staff of 100 people and exports to more than 10 countries.
