Isaac Kara
Director
Head of quality control/education, Isaac oversees everything 'coffee'.
With almost 2 decades of experience Isaac is in charge of quality control. Not a bag enters the roastery without his seal of approval. Due to the highly volatile nature of coffee, the role of QC is never-ending, thus requiring continuous reappraisal with each bean and variant.
James Tischhauser
Director
As head of Marketing/branding James is responsible for clean appearance of the MRRC brand. From inception James has meticulously crafted an identity that set MRRC apart from its peers. Representing the clean, high quality expected in the Margaret River region, James' vision clearly embodies this.
