Team
Stuart Douglass
Proprietor
Stuart's vision is to create traditional and natural ciders that parallel Australian wines in delivering New World innovation alongside Old World quality. The beginning is the fruit and the orchard. Traditional cider apple varieties combine with the pristine Great Southern environment to deliver something quite unique.
Thitikarn Douglass
Operations Manager
Thitikarn brings a unique Thai perspective to the farming operations and to the potential taste combinations of traditional cider and food. Pragmatic regenerative farming advice is overshadowed by a talent to identify taste combinations and breathe new life into food pairings. Our 2018 Scrumpy will please even the strongest Wasabi enhanced Sashimi.
