Nick has over 10 years experience in the Global Wine Industry and is currently managing his families Mino + Co Estate, in Hanwood NSW Australia. He a broad range of experience through business management, project development, domestic & International wine sales, wine processing, brand and product development & marketing.
Alain Guglielmino
Marketing Manager
Alain is also member of the family and manages the Marketing department at M+CO Wines. He has extensive experience in this area, specifically with brand development and all creative including social media management, photography and occasionally works in the cellar overseeing the manufacturing processes.
Domenic Guglielmino
Founder / Director
Domenic has played a critical role in developing the winery over the past 25 years. He holds relationships with key growers and wineries in the region which delivers security & consistency of wine grapes. He has helped strategise on the development side, in particular with processing, and continues to play a pivotal role in day to day operations
