Shelter Brewing Co. marks a union of two fourth-generation south-west families. Both the Credaro and Packard-Hair families have been in the region since the early 1900s.
The Credaro family; traditionally in winemaking and agriculture, and The Packard-Hair Family, traditionally in farming.
Jason Credaro
Head Brewer
After five years at Little Creatures, Jason started his own endeavour, Blue Mile Brewing, before shelving the project to ply his trade at the rapidly expanding Brick Lane Brewing Co. in Victoria. Most recently he held a position in South Korea working for one of the giants of the beer world, AB InBev, where he had the title of Associate Director.
